Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. All BARADACH products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
